Drake, the famous Canadian rapper and singer, was in the middle of a big online controversy on Tuesday, February 6. But it wasn’t because of his new music.
Instead, it was because of a video supposedly showing someone who looks like Drake doing something sexual. Lots of people on the internet saw it and reacted with jokes and comments. But nobody knows for sure if it’s really Drake in the video because the person’s face is mostly covered by a phone.
Some people thought the person in the viral video might be the famous rapper. But others said we shouldn’t decide without strong proof.
Popular Kick streamer Adin Ross who has previously appeared in videos with Drake, shared a voice memo about the clip. In the recording shared on social media, Ross says: “We was just looking at the s. It’s like crazy bro, like god damn. You’re blessed with your voice, you’re blessed with performing, you’re blessed to be you, you’re blessed to be number one and you’re also blessed to have a f***ing missile.”
Ross said that Drake responded to him by texting, “Put like eight laughing emojis,” and then hinted that he might use the voice note from the streamer as the introduction to his next album.
Drake didn’t say anything publicly about the leaked video.
