1. Start Slow

Start with short distance and alternate between running and walking. At the beginning, a kilometer or 10 minutes are totally enough.

2. Running with Partners or Groups

Everything is easier in a team ! A good running partner provide you incredible motivation, they will share valuable knowledge with you.

3. Warming UP and Stretching

Make sure you do proper warm up, stretching before start running it will make your muscle flexible to avoid injury. 

4. Breathing while Running

Correct breathing will help supplying enough oxygen to your body to ensure longer endurance. Take a deep breath through your mouse and nose.

5. Stay Hydrated

Have a glass of water about 5 to 10 minutes before you start running is enough. Too much water right before workout can even be counterproductive.

6. Set small Goal

Set small achievable goals at start. It could be like running for 5 minutes and jogging for 5 minutes or taking two breaks or 1 minute each in 10 minutes run.

7. Decent Shoes

If you have decent running shoes, it will create more comfort  and you can able to achieve more. Without proper running shoes can reflect through legs and joint pain.

7. Running on plain Ground

Try run on plain surface ground in initial stage by doing this you would be able to achieve your goal easily and it will keep you motivated.
